V1: I believe in God, the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son,
and in the Virgin birth.

V2: I believe Christ suffered on the cross.
He died and rose again.
He descended into hell and ascended into heaven
And sits at the Father's right hand.

V3: I believe in the mercy of our God
and in His forgiveness of sin.
I believe in the Holy Spirit
And life everlasting. Amen.
